Adequate breakfast, fairly clean and outstanding hotel. They made my stay awesome. Well sized bedrooms and a bright bathroom. The bed was soft, my stay lasted for 6 nights. Liked speedy check-in and fast check-out. Not to mention very good wifi!

Awesome location, splendid view, clean beach. Plenty of supplies in the room: Wi-Fi, coffee and climate control. Reasonably clean and sunny hotel in Kyoto district. Early check-in.

The venue is small and low-budget, its location is perfect, very close to Kyoto station, a big Aeon Mall and restaurants. The staff here is immensely pleasant and courteous.
